Since 1952, Cafés Bay has been a leader in coffee roasting in Mallorca. The company has made a name for itself under the Arabay Coffee Roasters brand, offering a wide selection of coffees, teas and accessories. Cafés Bay blends tradition with innovation in the world of coffee, using artisanal roasting methods and respecting the source of each bean. Under the Arabay brand, they’ve developed a range of arabica and speciality coffees, scoring above 80 on the SCA scale. Their products are certified with the Rainforest Alliance, Fairtrade and the EU organic logo, ensuring sustainable practices from harvest to cup.
As well as selling coffee, the company has diversified business with training for baristas, leading coffee shops in Palma and Madrid, and solutions for the hospitality industry.
