Barrels, Sun and Wind: A Unique Process at Son Juliana
Son Juliana cultivates its passion for wine on 7 hectares of organic vineyards in Santa Eugènia. Under the Vi de la Terra Mallorca label, the winery produces wines from traditional varieties such as Manto Negro, Callet and Prensal Blanc, combining hands-on techniques, renewable energy and oak barrels to achieve wines with an authentic natural character.
In the heart of Mallorca, Son Juliana is an example of how traditional methods can go hand in hand with modern techniques. Since 2013, the winery has been committed to organic, chemical-free winegrowing, respecting the soil and harvesting by hand to preserve the utmost quality of each cluster.
With nine grape varieties, including Giró Ros and Moscatel, its wines reflect the subtleties of a one-of-a-kind terroir. The production processes are fuelled by solar and wind energy, highlighting its commitment to sustainability. The reds, whites and rosés offer an experience that captures the spirit of Vi de la Terra Mallorca.
From the planting of its vines to ageing in French and American oak barrels, Son Juliana creates wines reminiscent of the Mallorcan landscape. A place where the art of wine exists as a shared passion.
