AVA Vi: A Singular Sensory Journey
In 2008, AVA Vi was born out of a love for high quality wines. Located on the beautiful island of Mallorca, this winery specialises in the production of elegant and dynamic wines, with deep respect for the local native grapes. Each bottle has been made through passion, tradition and dedication, reflecting the sparkle of the Mediterranean Sea and the spirit of the Mallorcan land. With an unshakable commitment to excellence, AVA Vi combines traditional and modern techniques to offer a remarkable wine experience.
At AVA Vi, the vineyards are at the heart of the project. Growing mainly native grapes, such as Manto Negro and Callet, they carefully integrate foreign varieties that blend harmoniously with the local ones.
Jaime and David, the dedicated winemakers, ensure that each grape receives the utmost care. This approach achieves wines of low yields but very high quality, capturing the heart of Mallorca in every glass.
The wine belongs to the Protected Designation of Origin ‘Vi de la Terra de Mallorca’. Since its foundation in 2008, the AVA Vi winery has been a dream come true. Here, tradition and innovation intertwine to create wines brimming with the spirit of Mallorca. Attention to detail and a personalised approach at every stage of the process make each bottle an embodiment of their dedication.
‘La Casita’, an old farmhouse converted into a tasting room, offers visitors an intimate experience where they can discover the magic of its wines. Wine and Paella: A Food and Wine Experience AVA Vi invites wine lovers to enjoy a unique experience: Wine and Paella. This food and wine experience immerses visitors in the authentic flavours of Spain and of Mallorcan wines. The paella is cooked live in front of the visitors, so they can be part of the process.
