Son Felip: Regenerative Farming and Rural Luxury in Menorca
Son Felip is a farm spanning over 1000 hectares between Ciutadella and Cala Pilar. It’s home to regenerative crop farming, organic livestock farming and luxury accommodation with a swimming pool, a vegetable allotment and access to unspoilt coves. They offer beekeeping tours, horse riding and products such as honey, olive oil and xeixa wheat.
Son Felip is all about the landscape and regenerative practice. Cows, sheep and Menorcan horses graze the fields, ancient wheat is grown and Keyline design is applied to retain water and restore the soil. Their extra virgin olive oil and Sulla honey reflect this balance.
