Two Farmers, One Philosophy: Fresh Organic Produce
S'Hort de Baix Orgànic is a family farm in Ciutadella, Menorca, dedicated to producing organic fruit, vegetables and eggs. Tito and Núria farm with sustainable methods on 2.5 hectares and sell their fresh, seasonal produce every Saturday at Ciutadella Farmers' Market. They also collaborate with other local certified organic farms.
At S'Hort de Baix Orgànic, Tito and Núria work the land with passion and commitment. On their 2.5 hectare farm in Ciutadella, they grow fresh vegetables such as lettuce, carrots and courgettes, as well as organic fruit and eggs. Everything is produced in line with organic farming principles, respecting the environment and ensuring healthy food for Menorcan families. Every Saturday, their stall at the Ciutadella Farmers' Market is brimming with fresh local produce. The diverse range of produce reflects their philosophy: to support local sustainability and offer chemical-free food.
Tito brings his experience as a traditional-farmer-turned-organic, while Núria combines her sociology background with practical learning in the field. Together they’ve built a business that not only feeds people, but also cares for the land for generations to come.
