Galmés i Ribot, a family winery in Santa Margalida, Mallorca, offers a unique food and wine experience. With more than three generations devoted to winegrowing, this winery has become a benchmark in high quality organic wines. Its 14 hectares of vineyards host native and experimental varieties that reflect the essence of the land of Mallorca and the family’s commitment to sustainable, responsible production.
Located in the picturesque town of Santa Margalida, the Galmés i Ribot winery stands out for its long tradition of growing grapevines. Founded on a historical site dating back to the 17th century, this winery was brought back to life by the Ribot Galmés family with the aim of creating white and Crianza aged wines.
On 14 hectares of vineyards, diverse varieties are grown, such as Prensall Blanco, Giró Blanc, Muscat, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, in addition to innovative experimental vines. This diversity enables Galmés i Ribot to produce wines that capture the true nature of Mallorca, with a focus on organic farming and sustainability.
