The restaurant’s tasting menu often changes to highlight in-season produce. At lunchtime from Tuesday to Friday, a 5-course menu is available. In the evening and Saturday lunchtime, diners can enjoy a more elaborate 7-course menu. Dishes such as sweet-glazed lamb with garam masala and turbot with velvety Tap de Cortí paprika showcase Quetglas' creativity and mastery in the kitchen.
