Since 1958, Celler Sa Premsa has been one of the best spots for Mallorcan cuisine in Palma. Founded in an old warehouse, this family restaurant has stayed true to its origins, offering traditional dishes such as the fried pork dish frit de matançes, arròs brut and the dessert gató with almond ice cream. Large wine barrels and authentic decor are part of this unique dining experience, full of history and flavour.
In the centre of Palma, Celler Sa Premsa is an icon of Mallorcan cuisine. Opened in 1958 by Antonio Mayol, a banker turned restaurant owner, this restaurant takes up an old warehouse converted into a cosy wine cellar. Decorated with bullfighting posters and large wine barrels, the atmosphere is brimming with tradition and character.
