Since it first opened, Fornaris Bakery has excelled for its commitment to quality and respect for tradition. Its speciality, the ‘IGP Ensaïmada de Mallorca’, is made using the traditional recipe, offering classic, cabell d'àngel, pastry cream, chocolate and whipped cream ensaïmadas. This iconic treat has made the bakery a favourite for locals and visitors alike.
As well as ensaïmadas, it also offers a wide range of speciality bread, savoury cocas, pastries and custom cakes for all kinds of events.
