Terragust invites you to discover Mallorca at its roots: walking among crops, picking fruit with your own hands and tasting a menu based on seasonal ingredients. Each experience is adapted to the farming cycle, fusing nature, cuisine and local tradition in a rural setting that changes with each season.
In the area of Manacor, Terragust offers a sensory journey centred on the land. The day begins with a guided tour of local farms, where you can learn about crops, different varieties of fruit and vegetables, and nature’s rhythms. Chef Biel Cornet then turns these ingredients into dishes that express the island’s character.
The tasting menu is served in the middle of the countryside: greenhouses, terraces and open fields become the dining room. Everything is made using local products: artisanal cheese, Ca'n Company meat, Terracor vegetables, Mallorcan wine and traditional bread.
The Terragust shop also sells freshly harvested produce: artichokes, tomatoes, fruit and a selection of high-quality island foods. You can also pick your own produce, learn more about the crops and take home a taste of the countryside.
Terragust is more than just a meal. It’s a countryside dining experience that invites you to reconnect with your roots, experience the Mallorcan countryside and savour it at your own pace, with all your senses.
