Olíric produces organic extra virgin olive oil on Ses Rotes farm in Santa Eugènia, Mallorca. Using Arbequina and Koroneiki olives, they offer single-variety olive oils and a unique blend olive oil. Their commitment to sustainability and quality ensures that every litre of oil is extracted from 8kg of olives harvested at their peak ripeness.
Olíric is more than just an oil mill; it’s the dream of a family committed to cultivating 6 hectares of their own olive trees under organic and regenerative farming principles. With 1,500 trees and small-scale production, they make single-varietal oils from Arbequina, Koroneiki and a blend of both. It takes 8kg of olives to make 1 litre of their precious oil, harvested at their peak ripeness and cold-pressed in less than 24 hours.
Each bottle captures the balance between tradition and innovation, with a firm commitment to biodiversity, energy efficiency and Mallorca’s inland countryside. Certified by the Balearic Council for Organic Farming (CBPAE), their oil has won multiple prizes in international competitions for its flavour, aroma and purity. Olíric doesn’t just bottle oil, it bottles the land, roots and a way of understanding life.
