Hort de Sa Vall

Manacor Beyond the Map: Farming, Flavour and Inclusion

In the Vall de la Nou de Manacor, Hort de Sa Vall invites you to enjoy a mindful experience in the countryside. Through guided tours, brunches and tasting menus, this family farm is all about traditional farming, social inclusion and environmental education. Visitors have the chance to connect with the land, seasonal flavours and a project with soul.

Hort de Sa Vall grows much more than fruit and vegetables. Here, every visit is a sensory journey: seeing, touching, smelling, tasting and listening to the secrets of the Mallorcan countryside. The farm offers guided tours among crops, greenhouses and beehives, with tastings that celebrate local, fresh zero-mile produce.

The project is the result of a partnership between a farming family and the Aproscom Foundation, which fosters the inclusion of people with mental health disorders in the job market. Every tomato harvested contains the added value of inclusion and respect for the environment. From Thursday to Saturday, you can enjoy different experiences: from a cooking demo with a Mallorcan barbecue to a rustic brunch or a tasting menu.

Hort de Sa Vall also welcomes school groups and senior citizens, tailoring its tours to educate and raise awareness about farming, biodiversity and responsible consumption. In this spot in Manacor, the land teaches, nourishes and brings people together.
