For more than a century, Es Collet has been growing olive trees by the sea. In Estellencs, among dry stone and century-old terraces, this farm produces extra virgin olive oil, citrus fruit and firewood, with a commitment to traditional farming and direct sales. The old machinery and the farm building are still active, a sign that everything is done here as it used to be. As well as extra virgin olive oil, Es Collet sells firewood and seasonal fruit directly on the farm. A local business that honours the landscape and the history of its surroundings.
