Since 1964, Agromallorca has been cultivating island flavour with sustainable, organic practices. Specialising in fruit and vegetables, the company uses the famous ramallet tomato to make jam, gazpacho and spreads for pa amb oli (bread with olive oil), part of a commitment to quality and local produce. Their distribution network covers markets and shops in the Balearic Islands, guaranteeing fresh, authentic products.
Agromallorca is the result of Joan Vicens Tortella’s hard work. With more than 50 years of experience, they’ve cemented their role in the production and marketing of fruit and vegetables on the Balearic Islands. The company manages the entire production process from sowing to distribution, reducing the need for third-party involvement ensuring maximum quality control.
With certifications such as GLOBAL.GAP and integrated production, their commitment to sustainability is reflected in their locally-sourced organic crops. The ramallet tomato is the star of their processed product range, which includes jams, ketchup and gazpacho, made with fresh ingredients from Mallorca. They also produce other crops such as melons, plums and figs, taking advantage of strategically located farms on the island. Agromallorca distributes products to local retailers such as Agromart, Eroski and Fet a Sóller, maintaining a connection between the countryside and the consumer.
