Visit a historic rural estate in the Pla de Mallorca and taste km0 organic products
In Sineu, in the heart of Mallorca, MallorcAmor opens the doors of its historic 1950 estate to offer a tasting of organic and km0 products. Artisan bread, EVOO, Flor de sal d'Es Trenc, a selection of cheeses and jams, cold meats, dessert from the workshop, seasonal fruit and coffee or tea. Pairing available with IGP/PDO Mallorca wines.
The experience begins with the team's welcome at the farm. You sit down at the table served outside, with views of the Pla de Mallorca, and calmly taste a selection of certified organic products from small Mallorcan producers of the VENDECO-APAEMA group. At some point during the visit, when you feel like it, the team offers you a brief guided tour of the farm to explain the project: the reconstruction of the soil, regenerative agriculture, the cooperative model and why the group of producers guarantees the km0 product you have on the table.
