The Sponsor an olive tree experience in S'Establit allows you to experience the olive cycle and the production of oil up close. Over the course of a year, the participant receives information and photos of the growth of the sponsored tree, a plaque with its name and a guided tour of the olive grove and the oil mill to learn about the production process.
