Guided experience at the AUBOCASSA estate that combines a walk through the olive grove, a visit to the oil mill and a premium tasting of oils and wines, allowing you to learn about the history of the estate, the cultivation of the olive tree and the production process in an agricultural environment of great heritage value.
The AUBOCASSA Premium Tasting offers an interpretive tour through the olive grove of the Albocàsser estate, an emblematic example of Mallorcan possessió where history, heritage and agricultural activity are combined. During the guided walk, the historical origin of the estate, the particularities of olive cultivation and each stage of the oil production process are explained. The experience includes a visit to the oil mill and a tasting of AUBOCASSA and L'AMO oils, accompanied by a tasting of red wines Roda y Roda I (D.O. Rioja) and Corimbo and Corimbo I (D.O. Ribera del Duero), along with traditional Mallorcan "pa amb oli" with olive oil, sobrasada and cheese. The activity lasts approximately 120 minutes and allows you to understand the agricultural, cultural and landscape value of this historic estate up close.
