Located in the heart of the Serra de Tramuntana, Vinyes Mortitx offers a wine tourism experience that combines landscape, history and wine. The guided tour tours the vineyards and the winery, explaining the production process and the influence of the mountain environment. The experience culminates with a commented wine tasting accompanied by local products, enjoyed in an open space overlooking the natural environment.
The visit and tasting at Vinyes Mortitx is a food and wine experience designed to discover Mallorcan wine from its origin. The tour begins with a guided walk through the vineyards, located at an altitude of more than 400 meters, where it is explained how the climate, the soil and the Serra de Tramuntana influence the character of the grapes. The visit then moves to the winery, where the winemaking and ageing processes are learned. The experience ends with a commented tasting that allows you to taste a selection of wines from the estate, accompanied by bread, oil and other local products. All this in a privileged natural environment that invites you to enjoy wine calmly, with understanding and respect for the landscape.
