When exploring Menorca, it’s always best to take a break where you can still be wowed by the many surprises the island has to offer. A great option is to stop at one of the bars and terraces that serve Balearic craft beer. Menorcan varieties are a delicious option. But we can go even further by visiting the Graham Pearce brewery in Sant Climent.
Often the best moments of a trip come unexpectedly. Whether enjoying an aperitif or evening drink, tasting the island's craft beer is an experience in itself. From pilsner and lager, to brown ale and wheat beers, Menorca has a delicious range of authentic beer. The local brewery is Graham Pearce. At its facilities in Sant Climent, it offers the chance to learn about the production process from malt to bottle. A tour of its facilities will reveal the secrets behind each stage of production of this legendary beer.
The experience is rounded off with a guided tasting of five beers: four main varieties and one seasonal beer. During the tasting, expert guides show you the proper way to savour each beer, highlighting their unique characteristics. You can also enjoy a special cheese made with beer and hops, a perfect combination to enhance the flavours. Tours take place every Saturday from 11:00 to 13:00, conducted by the brewery staff.
