Olis Sóller, produced by the Sant Bartomeu Agricultural Cooperative, fuses tradition with modernity to create a quality-protected extra virgin olive oil. With varieties such as Mallorquina, Picual and Arbequina, this oil reflects commitment to the landscape and agricultural roots of the Tramuntana mountains, a World Heritage Site.
Since 1899, the Sant Bartomeu Agricultural Cooperative in Sóller has worked to preserve the traditions and unique landscape of the Tramuntana mountains. With more than 350 members, this cooperative guarantees the sustainability of local orchards and olive groves, ensuring a future for Mallorcan agriculture.
Olis Sóller DOP, produced in an oil mill over 100 years old, combines the authenticity of the traditional method with an innovative continuous extraction system, the first of its kind on the island. The result is an extra virgin olive oil that balances the fruity notes of the Arbequina, the intensity of the Picual and the character of the Mallorquina. This oil is not only a tribute to the history and flavour of Mallorca, but also a reflection of the collective effort to preserve the lush nature and culture of the Tramuntana mountains.
