Pedruxella Gran

Organic Mountain Olive Oil with Centuries of History

At the historic Pedruxella Gran farm in Vall d'en March, the centuries-old olive trees planted by the Moors still bear fruit under organic farming methods without irrigation. Their extra virgin olive oil, harvested by hand and pressed in the traditional way, is recognised as a ‘slow food’ product. A living farm that breathes biodiversity, history and sustainability.

Pedruxella Gran is a testimony to Mallorca’s farming history. Here, on the sunny slopes of Pollença, olive trees have been clinging to the terraces built by the Moors for more than 500 years. The olive oil is cold-pressed without the use of chemicals and bottled according to current hygiene standards.

The 242-hectare farm is organic and based on volunteering, with visitors helping with the harvest and sharing in the rural way of life. The old mill still runs every autumn, offering a sensory and cultural experience of olive oil.

Beyond being an excellent gourmet product, Pedruxella olive oil reflects a philosophy of respect for the land, nature’s cycles and an authentic process. Every bottle contains history, landscape and a more conscious way of life.
