Sustainable Spirits, Mallorcan Quality
Mallorca Distillery was the first organic distillery to open on the island, located in the heart of Palma. Founded by Byron and Amber Holland in 2018, the company specialises in making handcrafted gins and vodkas using wildflowers and fresh citrus fruit from Mallorca’s rural orchards. Their products, such as Palma Gin and Palma Vodka, capture the island’s essence in each distillation.
Mallorca Distillery is a leading producer of sustainable spirits. They make their products using a 500-litre Spanish copper still to ensure the utmost quality. The distillery works closely with local farmers to source organic botanicals such as juniper, oranges and lavender, which reflect the island’s biodiversity.
The design of their bottles is inspired by traditional Mallorcan tiles, and the labels are printed with eco ink, making them recyclable and environmentally friendly. Mallorca Distillery also seeks to reduce their environmental impact through the use of solar energy and sustainable packaging. Their logo, inspired by the rose window in La Seu Cathedral, symbolises the beauty and heritage of Mallorca.
