Licores Morey is a leader in the production of Mallorcan liqueurs, including ‘IGP Palo de Mallorca’ with a Protected Geographical Indication, a drink made from cinchona, gentian and caramelised sugar. For more than half a century, the company has combined tradition with innovation at its facilities, offering a wide variety of liqueurs that capture the island’s spirit.
Palo de Mallorca is a dark-coloured spirit with a complex, bittersweet flavour profile. Its original recipe, brought over to the island in the 17th century, has evolved into an iconic aperitif with a Protected Geographical Indication.
Licores Morey makes this drink with natural ingredients and a traditional maceration process, ensuring a high-quality product. Along with Palo de Mallorca, its range includes three varieties of Herbes de Mallorca, aniseed, gin, rum and a selection of cream and fruit liqueurs, giving the company a solid reputation in the industry.
