Mallorcan Lamb with Organic Soul
Between Manacor and Porto Cristo, Son Crespí Vell estate has been committed to environmentally-friendly livestock farming for years. Gabriel and Lucas, at the head of the project, raise organic Mallorcan lamb and suckling lamb using native breeds, offering a local, healthy product with its own identity.
At Km 7.9 on the road from Manacor to Porto Cristo, Son Crespí Vell represents commitment to local produce and traditional Mallorcan flavour. Their speciality is organic lamb and suckling lamb, made from Mallorcan sheep and red sheep, native breeds that guarantee quality and sustainability.
This is a family-run farm that sells directly, without go-betweens. During the week, customers can buy fresh meat, perfect for preparing traditional dishes to delight all the senses.
