S'Olivaret is much more than a winery: it’s the landscape, tradition and passion for wine. In the heart of the Tramuntana mountains, among hills and ancient olive trees, this family estate produces wine from native varieties, cultivated with minimal environmental impact. S'Olivaret estate in Alaró stretches between the hills of Puig del Castell and Puig de S'Alcadena, in the heart of Camí Vell d'Orient. This family winery grows native varieties such as Callet, Manto Negro and Malvasía Aromática, respecting the natural pace of a land marked by centuries of farming. Each wine offers a taste of the mistral breeze, the minerality of the chalky soils and tales that still fly over the mountains.
The vineyard grows alongside olive and oak trees on dry stone terraces, while the winery, built from local stone, blends in with the surroundings. The grapes are harvested by hand, fermented with native yeasts, and the wines unfiltered to preserve their natural essence.
