Traditional Sausages, No Additives
Embutidos Can Frau keeps the heart of traditional Mallorcan charcuterie alive. They make sobrassada, botifarró, camaiot and pâté using traditional recipes, local ingredients and a commitment to authentic flavour.
Can Frau is essentially Balearic heritage in the form of sausages. On their family farm, they make strong sobrassada, botifarró and camaiot with the deep flavour of the island, as well as homemade pâté. Here, each blend is seasoned with history and cured for just the right amount of time. They use local pork, selected spices and patient processes to preserve the traditional taste.
At Can Frau there are no additives, only tradition, quality and a clear philosophy: to keep the flavours that define us alive. Their products can be enjoyed raw, grilled or as a base in Mallorcan recipes that have been passed down from generation to generation.
