From An Organic Farm to Mercat d’Inca
EIMA Horts Ecològics grows organic fruit and vegetables in Mallorca, committed to sustainable, local farming that respects the natural rhythm of the countryside. They distribute to consumer groups and sell directly every Thursday at the organic market in Inca organic, where their baskets of seasonal produce travel from farm to table with no go-betweens.
EIMA is based on a certain way of understanding the land: with patience, a lot of respect, and no chemicals. Their farm in Mallorca grows seasonal produce such as tomatoes, courgettes, cauliflower, leeks, peppers and carrots, and also collects organic eggs. All are distributed to consumer groups and shops. Their philosophy is based on local, fresh, conscious food, fostering a direct link between producer and consumer.
Their stall can be found at Plaza de Santa María la Mayor in Inca, selling directly at the organic market. There, their baskets—full of colour and flavour—offer a local option that’s real and healthy. They also grow aromatic herbs and classic produce such as rapini, radishes and aubergines. Every harvest results from an open dialogue with the environment.
