Since 1882, Dos Perellons has been making classic Mallorcan liqueurs by combining tradition with craftsmanship. With a Protected Geographical Indication (IGP), its famous Herbes de Mallorca is available in sweet, mixed and dry varieties. The distillery’s origins go back to Llubí, where Jordi Perelló left his trade as a carpenter to work in distilling.
Dos Perellons has stayed true to the artisanal production of iconic liqueurs such as ‘IGP Herbes de Mallorca’ and Palo de Mallorca. Its herbs are selected and macerated with aniseed, following a traditional recipe that goes back more than a century. It also offers a stand-out Crema de Almendra, a velvety smooth liqueur, and Limoncello de Mallorca, made with local lemons.
The Dos Perellons legacy also includes Palo and Mesclat, two iconic island liqueurs, as well as a vermouth used in the most typical aperitifs. The distillery manages to keep up with the times while upholding its originality and family roots, now led by the fourth and fifth generations of the Perelló family. After more than 140 years, its liqueurs are still a symbol of Mallorcan craftsmanship.
