Traditional Mallorcan Liqueurs from Destilería Pareis
In Llubí, a town with strong ties to the liqueur industry, Destilería Pareis focuses on small-batch production using traditional methods. Its Herbes de Mallorca with a Protected Geographical Indication (IGP) contains natural ingredients, offering a balanced aromatic liqueur. They also distil artisanal gins such as Mercant and Mascori, internationally renowned for their quality and lack of additives or artificial flavourings.
Making truly Mallorcan liqueurs is at the heart of Destilería Pareis. Artisanal production methods achieve authentic flavours, with selected ingredients and a strict process of low-pressure distillation in copper stills. Its Herbes de Mallorca liqueur combines local botanicals to create a balanced liqueur, sealed with a Protected Geographical Indication (IGP).
Its range also includes internationally acclaimed gins, Mercant and Mascori. Mercant stands out for its cinnamon and orange notes, while Mascori offers a hint of freshness from Mallorcan lemons. Each bottle keeps the liqueur-making tradition alive in Llubí, where distillation remains an art handed down through generations.
