Tradition, Flavour and Quality at Càrniques Sunyer
Since 1954, Càrniques Sunyer has been dedicated to producing and distributing meat products in Mallorca while upholding traditional artisanal techniques. Its sobrassada, certified under the Protected Geographical Indication ‘IGP Sobrassada de Mallorca’, is the result of a careful curing process that enhances its unmistakable aroma, flavour and texture.
Càrniques Sunyer's IGP sobrassada is the reflection of meticulous work. With sweet and spicy options, different formats are available including llonganissa and culana, all offering authentic Mallorcan flavour.
But its range goes beyond that. Sunyer distributes fresh pork, beef and lamb, as well as selected products such as camaiot, botifarró and chistorra. It also offers cheese, canned goods and frozen products for a fully stocked pantry.
With its own delivery fleet of more than 25 refrigerated lorries, Càrniques Sunyer ensures a fast and efficient service, supplying restaurants, hotels and butcher shops on the island with top quality products.
