Can OmXai’s Signature Olive Oil in Santanyí
On their farm in Santanyí, Martina and Hans-Josef Homscheid produce organic extra virgin olive oil with care and precision. At Can OmXai, each bottle contains pure Mediterranean flavour and commitment to respectful, artisanal, local farming.
At Can OmXai, everything revolves around excellence. This small olive farm grows its own Arbequina and Picual olives according to 100% organic standards. They have their own mill, allowing them to control the entire process and achieve a premium quality gourmet olive oil.
Their farm in Santanyí is registered with the Balearic Council for Organic Farming (CBPAE) and is an active member of the Association of Organic Farming in Mallorca (APAEMA). They don’t use chemical products or pesticides, and are committed to biodiversity, manual work and following nature’s pace. The result is an olive oil with a balanced, smooth taste, with excellent analytical and organoleptic properties.
Beyond selling olive oil, Can OmXai also organises tours and guided tastings to spread the culture of excellent oil. The product is available in 500 ml bottles at the farm shop or through home delivery. Nature’s luxury in every drop.
