Esment is a business based on social inclusion and sustainable production in Mallorca. Its organic farm produces wine, olive oil and bread according to responsible standards, respecting the environment and creating opportunities for people with learning disabilities. With decades of experience, they’ve established a model based on excellent work, diversity and sustainability.
Since 1962, Esment has been committed to social and workplace inclusion through sustainable business. Their organic farm fuses tradition with modernity to produce wine and olive oil, while their Can Pa bakery makes artisanal bread from sourdough and stone-ground flour. All this work is guided by a commitment to the environment and society.
At their Gallinas & Focas winery, they work with 4Kilos Vinícola to make organic wine in reused barrels, respecting the natural life cycle to the maximum. Their extra virgin olive oil is made under the same principle, achieving quality without compromising the balance of the ecosystem.
Esment also promotes initiatives such as urban allotments, beekeeping and farm management, supporting jobs and training in sustainable agriculture. Their commitment comes through in every product, every loaf of bread baked and every bottle of wine, fusing craftsmanship with social responsibility.
