Mercat de Santa Maria del Camí: A Local Sunday Tradition
Every Sunday from 9am to 2pm, the square of Plaça Nova in Santa Maria del Camí comes alive with more than 500 stalls selling fruit, vegetables, cured sausages, baked goods, pottery and clothing. It’s one of the busiest markets in Mallorca, with an ever-growing range of organic produce and craft products. Surrounded by vineyards and almond trees, it offers a unique experience for locals and visitors alike.
Santa Maria del Camí Market is one of the top spots for local shopping in Mallorca. Held every Sunday in Plaça Nova, it brings together farmers, artisans and sellers offering fresh produce and typical products such as cheese, sobrassada, rustic bread and the classic pastry ensaïmada.
