Discover an organic estate with vineyards, olive groves and polo horses that help with the tasks, and taste wines and own elaborations
Visit Can Cavall Blau, a family farm in the heart of Mallorca. Stroll through vineyards and olive groves, meet polo horses, learn about regenerative agriculture, and taste wines and seasonal produce made on the estate itself.
On this one-hour experience at Can Cavall Blau, you will tour a 4-hectare estate with Mantonegro and Merlot vineyards, olive groves, and Mediterranean fruit orchards. You will get to know the polo horses that help in the work of the farm and you will discover how regenerative agriculture is applied following the Delinat method, with respect for biodiversity and the soil. The visit includes wine tasting, Amargéro and seasonal products made on the farm itself. Since 2017, the owners have worked to create a sustainable and circular space, open to the public on weekends and by reservation. The farm is certified organic by the agricultural authorities of the Balearic Islands and belongs to associations of local quality producers. The experience is ideal for families and people of all ages interested in connecting with the rural world and sustainable production.
