Workshop at a family farm in Fornalutx to get to know olive trees, herbs and local products, connecting with the history and landscape of Mallorca.
Discover a unique experience at Es Seregalls, a family-run farm located in the Serra de Tramuntana. The workshop allows you to get to know the traditional olive grove, its particularities and uniqueness, and the rural environment through an interpretive tour, combined with a tasting of local seasonal products. A proposal designed to connect with the culture, landscape and agricultural know-how of Mallorca.
The olive and oil workshop in Es Seregalls offers an informative and sensory experience in the heart of the Serra de Tramuntana, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. During the visit, participants tour an active agricultural estate, discovering the mountain olive grove, dry stone construction and traditional tools historically used in cultivation. The experience is complemented by a varied tasting of local products adapted to the season, where olive oil and olives from the estate are always present. The tour includes spaces for pauses to observe the landscape and is designed for people of all ages interested in the environment, local produce and oleotourism. The route is done on foot and has rest areas along the route.
