Bernat’s Olive Trees: The Rebirth of S'Establit
S'Establit is a family estate in Marratxí, hidden among hills and woods. This farm grows olive trees with the goal of turning tradition into sustainability. With more than 1,200 trees, it produces organic extra virgin olive oil that captures the island's authentic character. An agricultural venture that speaks of legacy, passion and future.
S'Establit was not always an oil mill, but started as a family dream. Jaume, its founder, turned a forgotten farm into an orange orchard. His son Bernat inherited his father's lands and mission. Today, olive trees rule over the landscape, and the olive oil is the result of decades of respect for the land. S'Establit's organic olive oil is made from varieties such as Arbequina, Empeltre and Picual, standing out for its intense green fruitiness and notes of almond, apple and nuts. In the mouth, it offers an elegant balance between sweetness, bitterness and spiciness. The farm has been lovingly restored and maintains the soul of rural Mallorca. Hens roam free under the carob trees, and organic farming is their only way of understanding the countryside and life. S'Establit is past, present and fertile land for tomorrow.
