Unique Wine from Santa Eugènia: Vinya Taujana
Founded in 2001, Vinya Taujana is part of the Crespí family's winemaking legacy, which goes back three generations. Located in Santa Eugènia, this winery combines the native varieties Manto Negro, Callet and Moll with foreign varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, grown according to sustainable practices. In its underground cellar, respect for the past meets innovation.
Vinya Taujana, located in Santa Eugènia, is part of the DO Binissalem Designation label. It has 6.5 hectares of its own vineyards and 6 hectares of externally managed land, all operated under principles of sustainability, using organic fertilisers and eco-friendly techniques.
The winery makes wines such as ‘Torrent Fals’ and ‘Blanc de Blancs’, which stand out for their balance between tradition and technology. Ageing takes place in French and American oak barrels, giving its wines a unique identity that has won awards such as the Spanish Bacchus de Plata.
Vinya Taujana takes the wine experience to another level, offering guided tours with tastings, direct sales to customers and personalised labels with gloses, traditional Mallorcan poems.
