Vinum Pro Nobis: Authenticity and Sustainability from Mancor de la Vall
Vinum Pro Nobis began in Mancor de la Vall as a brand-new wine venture in Mallorca. Three wine enthusiasts combine tradition and sustainability to create small productions that respect the essence of local grape varieties. Using minimal intervention techniques, their wines evoke Mediterranean character and commitment to local culture.
In the small town of Mancor de la Vall, the winery Vinum Pro Nobis champions authentic Mallorcan wine. With small productions and sustainable practices, they work with local varieties such as Escursac and Manto Negro to create wines with their own personality, perfect for the island's climate and cuisine. These are also marked with the Vi de la Terra Mallorca geographical indication.
Each bottle reflects the mantra ‘tira a tira’: hand-selecting bunches, micro-winemaking and minimum intervention. Its main wines, L'Amo and Tral·larel·lo, stand out for their freshness and elegance, while its vineyard high up in Fartàritx is testing new possibilities for local varieties in the face of climate change.
From its label designs to the use of traditional techniques, Vinum Pro Nobis brings culture, sustainability and passion together. A winery striving to keep its feet on the ground while experimenting with new wines that truly represent Mallorca.
