Vins Nadal is a winery dedicated to both tradition and sustainability, offering a unique experience for wine lovers. This family winery is an example of respect for the environment and passion for native grape varieties.
Vins Nadal is a family winery that prides itself on its commitment to the environment and Mallorcan culture. Founded generations ago, it has gone from producing wine for personal use to bottling 70,000 bottles a year. The winery produces wines under the DO Binissalem-Mallorca label, as well as the Vi de la Terra Mallorca geographical indication, ensuring a sustainable approach throughout the production process.
The winery is known for its two main brands: ‘Albaflor’ and ‘110’. ‘Albaflor’, inspired by Archduke Ludwig Salvator of Austria, symbolises the recovery of native varieties such as Malvasia. Meanwhile, ‘110’ pays homage to the Nadal family's winemaking roots, representing a deep connection with their vineyards. Rafel Nadal and his daughter, wine expert Esperanza Nadal, run the winery with a focus on sustainable management.
Their hard work is evident in practices such as hand-harvesting, recycling materials, minimising waste and reducing CO2 emissions. The winery is a member of the Spanish Regenerative Viticulture Association, in line with its ethos of soil and vine protection.
