Since 2000, Vins Ca'n Coleto has been cultivating its own vineyards in Petra through organic farming methods. This family winery, registered under the DO Pla i Llevant label, produces high-quality wines from varieties such as Chardonnay, Syrah and Monastrell. Its sustainable artisan approach is evident in each of the 15,000 bottles it produces every year.

In a corner of the town Petra, Vins Ca'n Coleto pays homage to Mallorcan traditions through its 2.5-hectare vineyard, where every task is done by hand. The selected varieties, adapted to the local climate and soil, create wines with Mediterranean character that are excellent value for money.

Each label tells its own story. From the fresh young ‘Negre Suau’, made from Monastrell grapes, to the premium ‘Summum’, a Cabernet Sauvignon aged for 18 months in French oak barrels. The range of whites includes the refined ‘Llàgrimes Blanques’, with hints of exotic fruit and woody notes.

Sustainability is a core value at this winery. Through traditional chemical-free methods, Vins Ca'n Coleto preserves the region’s wine legacy, standing out among DO Pla i Llevant wineries for its small production of award-winning wines.
