Celler Tianna Negre, located in Consell, in the Raiguer district, is a winery that combines tradition and modernity. Its wines, bearing the Vi de la Terra Mallorca quality seal, are made organically on 55 hectares of vineyards. The winery, designed to work primarily by gravity flow, features solar panels that make it virtually energy self-sufficient. It also focuses on sustainability and innovation, ensuring high quality wines while respecting local winemaking tradition.
The adventure at Celler Tianna Negre began in 2004, inspired by a family tradition in growing the Manto Negro grape in Consell. Since its first harvest in 2007, the winery has expanded its organic vineyards to include several estates in Binissalem and Consell, covering a total of 55 hectares. This commitment to ecology and respect for the earth is reflected in each bottle.
The winery’s architecture is a clear example of integration into the surroundings and energy efficiency. Boasting solar panels that generate 85kw and water treatment systems, Celler Tianna Negre is a role model of sustainability and the circular economy in winemaking. Innovation is a key factor at Celler Tianna Negre.
Each year, new techniques are tested in the vineyard and in the winemaking process, resulting in exclusive product lines, such as Tianna Sommelier and Tianna Boutique wine. This combination of tradition, sustainability and constant development ensures that each wine not only honours the family legacy, but also represents the very best in modern winegrowing.
