Son Campaner: From Vineyards to Wine
Located in the picturesque region of Binissalem between Inca and Sencelles, just 30 minutes from Palma de Mallorca, this winery offers a food and wine experience you won’t forget. From its beginnings with 5 hectares of black grapes to its first local harvest in 2015, the winery has become a key destination for wine lovers. With tastings, events and breathtaking views of the Tramuntana mountain range, it’s the perfect place to really get stuck into the world of Mallorcan wine.
In the quiet region of Binissalem, half an hour from Palma de Mallorca, stands a winery that is a true haven for wine enthusiasts. Originally, the owners of Son Campaner cultivated 5 hectares of black grapes. With the arrival of the new owners and winemaker Stefan Winterling, the vision of producing their own wine took shape in 2009.
After a four-year wait, the first harvest was produced locally in August 2015. The summer of 2015 marked a milestone with the move to the new winery in Sencelles. Since then, the 2015 vintage has been vinified and bottled in these facilities, opening a new chapter in the winery's history.
Today, the winery invites visitors to enjoy tastings, buy wine and attend special events. The tasting room, the terrace at the foot of the vineyards and the roof terrace with views of the Tramuntana mountains offer the perfect setting to enjoy local wines and the beauty of Sencelles. The wine bears the ‘Vi de la Terra Mallorca’ quality seal.
