Founded 15 years ago by Count Fabrice de Suyrot, a winemaker from Bordeaux who fell in love with Mallorca, the winery has managed to remain authentic and committed to craftsmanship. Since 2021, led by Søren Rump, the winery has entered a new age, combining tradition and innovation to keep surprising wine lovers.
The winery not only offers magnificent wines such as Es Mussol, Sa Tortuga, Sa Llebre and Es Cap Roig, but also has an online shop so that Mallorcan wine can reach all parts of the world.
