Wine with a Story: The Legacy of Sebastià Pastor
Since 1937, Celler Sebastià Pastor in Santa Maria del Camí has been cultivating Mallorca's winemaking tradition. With a focus on native varieties such as Manto Negro, Callet and Prensal Blanc, this family-run winery combines age-old techniques with advanced methods to create wines that echo the identity of the land and climate in Mallorca's Raiguer region.
Set in the heart of the Raiguer region, Celler Sebastià Pastor uses age-old winegrowing methods that go back generations. Its vineyards in Pla de Buc and Torrent Fals offer diverse soils and varied ages, ideal for the local varieties used in its wines: Manto Negro, Callet and Prensal Blanc.
Hand-harvesting and handling the grapes carefully are both crucial to the process. The traditional process is complemented by modern techniques such as the use of natural ground cover and natural fertilisers, showing deep respect for the environment.
Its wines, the result of passion and respect for history, can be tasted in the old 18th-century cellar in Santa Maria del Camí. Sebastià Pastor pays tribute to Mallorca’s winemaking heritage and promises quality in every bottle.
