Antoni Nadal Ros: The Oldest Winery in Binissalem
Antonio Nadal Ros Bodegas & Viñedos is a family winery, the first to be registered with the Regulatory Council of the Binissalem PDO. Since 1989, this winery has been a leader in the production of high-quality wines, made exclusively with grapes from its historic Finca de Son Roig estate.
Since 1968, Antonio Nadal Ros Bodegas & Viñedos has combined tradition with modern technology to create outstanding elegant wines with their own personality. Each bottle captures the heart of its founder, Don Antonio Nadal Ros, and the passion of three generations dedicated to winemaking.
The winery also offers a wine tourism programme called ‘Wine Sensations by Son Roig’, where it organises activities for an authentic sensory experience. Germán Alberti Nadal, the founder’s grandson, has led the winery since 2012, respecting the characteristics of the Son Roig terroir as much as possible.
The stony soils, known as call vermell, give the wines a particular minerality, perfect for Crianza wines. Strolling through the vineyards, learning about the history of the century-old Finca Son Roig and visiting the winery’s facilities are just some of the activities you can do.
White, rosé and red wines are produced under well-known brands such as Anaros Blanco, Blanc de Moll and Vermell de Rosa. Native grape varieties such as Manto Negro, Callet and Prensal Blanc are used, along with classics such as Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon, to offer an unbeatable food and wine experience.
