D'en Vinent Cheese: Tradition and Quality from Maó/Mahón

In Talatí de Baix Nou, Juan Carlos has turned a small cow farm into a place known for the quality of its D'en Vinent cheese. Since 2001, he has been making cheeses through a careful artisan process that has won him numerous awards, showing just how much dedication and effort is put into each piece. Their products can be bought directly over the telephone.

Juan Carlos began his career as a cattle farmer in 1991 on the Talatí de Baix Nou farm, located in Maó/Mahón, with just a few cows to sell milk to the industry. Over time, he decided to change his production model, focusing on cheese-making and expanding both the number of cows and his farmland. This is how the D'en Vinent brand was born, under which he has been making artisan cheeses since 2001.

Committed to quality, Juan Carlos has perfected each stage of the production process, achieving several awards and prizes for the quality of his cheeses. The care and expertise put into each piece comes out in the flavour and texture. The cheese captures the essence of Menorca, making D'en Vinent a leader among the island's artisan cheeses.

D'en Vinent cheeses are available to buy directly from the farm over the phone. This direct service gives cheese lovers access to products made by hand and with special care, from the production of the milk to the final maturing stage.
