During this guided tour of approximately one hour, you will tour the vineyards of Binifadet to understand how its wines reflect the environment of Menorca. The experience integrates all the senses: sight, smell and palate, allowing you to taste three different wines while discovering the production process in the winery. The estate is located in Sant Lluís, in the southeast of the island, with 13 hectares of vineyards divided into mini plots protected by dry stone walls. Binifadet combines tradition and modernity, recovering native varieties and applying environmentally friendly production. The visit allows you to learn about the history of the winery, from its origins with Carlos Anglés in 1982 to the present day, and to share the passion of the Binifadet family for celebrating life through wine.
