Enjoy an unforgettable experience on the Gastro Boat in Ibiza. Set sail from the port of Sant Antoni and explore the west coast while enjoying an exquisite selection of wines and local cuisine. From a starter of Ibizan prawns to typical dishes such as bullit de peix and arroz a banda, every moment on board is a treat for the senses.
Gastro Boat departs from the port of Sant Antoni to enter turquoise waters. The specific route to be made by this 11-metre long boat depends on the wind. During the trip, a delicious appetiser of Iberian cured meats and cheeses will work up your appetite as we sail towards our blissful destination.
Once moored at an idyllic cove, the feast begins. A starter of Ibizan prawns, lobster, scallops and squid, served with the best wine and cava, awaits you after your first swim. The crew prepares the main course: bullit de peix (fish stew) and arroz a banda (rice cooked in fish stock), cooked on board with the freshest rockfish of the day, capturing the essence of Ibizan cuisine.
The day is spent relaxing, swimming in crystal clear waters, chatting and you even get the chance to learn how to cook local recipes. This special sailing experience is rounded off with typical desserts such as flaó (cheesecake) and orelletes (a sweet pastry), served with herbes eivissenques (traditional Ibizan spirits). A day on the blue Mediterranean, immersed in the culture and flavours of Ibiza.
