Hort d’en Mou: Wo der Geschmack von der Erde kommt
Hort d’en Mou ist ein wahr gewordener Traum von Mohamed Seroukh, einem Landwirt mit einer Leidenschaft für natürliche Produkte. Auf einem kleinen Hof in Sencelles züchtet er Hühner in Freiheit, baut saisonales Obst und Gemüse an und produziert gesunde und schmackhafte Lebensmittel mit einem Engagement für ökologischen Landbau. Ein lokales Angebot, das in die Zukunft blickt, ohne dabei die Tradition zu vergessen.
In the heart of the Mallorcan countryside, Hort d'en Mou thrives as an example of hard work and respect for nature. Since 2019, Mohamed has been growing additive-free crops, guided by the goal of offering quality natural products. His farm is full of fruit trees and free-roaming chickens, the key to rich, nutritious eggs.
His land spanning more than 7,000 m2 in Sencelles is home to a balanced ecosystem, where the land and animals are treated with care. Organic fruit, free-range eggs and carefully reared chickens are sold here. Everything upon request, to ensure freshness and closeness.
With a passion for education, Mohamed dreams of bringing his venture closer to little ones and teaching them about the source of what we eat. Because a healthy diet starts in the field, and taking care of what feeds us also means taking care of ourselves.
